This acquisition will establish a new frozen logistics hub to enhance distribution across Europe.

The feed will have a high protein content, controlled origin of raw materials and grain-free formulas.

This will add a pet food facility and 213 jobs

The initiative is being run in collaboration with AAK, Bühler, Givaudan and Ingredion.

The ingredient was developed through a partnership between the two companies, first announced in 2021

The launch follows Enifer’s completion of its first four-ton commercial production batch.

The facility is expected to begin operations in early Q3 2026.
