When operational, Volare 01 will produce a volume of protein equivalent to 200 million Baltic herrings annually, roughly 18% of Finland’s total commercial fish catch in protein terms.

Voeders Huy’s production facilities will add approximately 250,000 tons of annual feed capacity to De Heus’ operations.

The fully integrated plant operates around the clock in three shifts, producing approximately 480 tons of high-quality compound feed daily.

The move allows the company to reorganise under legal protection as it battles to secure emergency funding and stave off collapse.

CPC’s growth has been underpinned by its vertically integrated operations that span the entire poultry production cycle, from breeder farms and hatcheries to broiler growing and processing facilities.

The unit boasts industry-leading accuracy ±10 to 25 grams on a 5 kg batch and ±1 to 10 grams on 1 kg batches.
