ADM expands SINCRO services to boost farm animal production efficiency globally

ADM’s SINCRO combines human expertise with digital intelligence to help clients make informed, responsive management decisions.

GLOBAL – ADM has expanded its suite of SINCRO services to strengthen the consistency, precision, and profitability of farm animal production across Mexico, Indonesia, and Europe.

The SINCRO ecosystem integrates smart, data-driven solutions designed to help farmers and feed professionals turn variability into opportunity through nutritional insight, optimised feed formulation, and continuous real-time monitoring.

Delivered by ADM’s specialised in-house teams, SINCRO combines human expertise with digital intelligence to help clients make informed, responsive management decisions.

The approach synchronises three critical pillars: control, nutrition, and performance, enabling producers to anticipate challenges, stabilise operations, and achieve their productivity goals.

SINCRO offers a comprehensive, science-based, tailored approach to achieve precision nutrition for all species through the different life stages,” said Pierre-Joseph Paoli, President of Growth & Commercial Excellence at ADM Animal Nutrition.

This service enables our customers and farmer partners to remain competitive and productive, giving them the tools they need to anticipate challenges, stabilise variability and support their journey to reach their targets for livestock management and financial success.

ADM’s local teams provide consulting supported by technologies such as near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, mycotoxin analysis, and formulation tools.

These digital solutions can be deployed directly in the field, offering real-time insights that help optimise feed quality, animal health, and performance outcomes.

Tangible results in the field

ADM highlights several recent success stories illustrating SINCRO’s value in practice. In Mexico, an integrator and egg producer implemented SINCRO tools, including NIR technology and mycotoxin analysis alongside ADM feed solutions, leading to a 10% improvement in eggshell quality.

The result was a significant increase in marketable egg production and an estimated annual profit gain exceeding US$200,000.

Meanwhile, in Indonesia, a major aquafeed producer leveraged SINCRO’s feed formulation capabilities to enhance nutritional precision and efficiency.

This partnership reportedly drove a remarkable 60% increase in full-year sales compared to the previous year, demonstrating how the system’s precision nutrition model can directly translate to economic growth.

A synchronised approach to animal nutrition

At the core of SINCRO is the belief that managing variability is key to sustainable success in animal production. Factors such as fluctuating ingredient quality, changing animal requirements, and environmental conditions often disrupt consistency and performance.

ADM’s SINCRO framework addresses these variables by integrating synchronised data flows across all stages of production, from feedstuff sourcing to farm-level performance.

The Control pillar focuses on managing inputs and outputs through quality control, ingredient sourcing, and advanced analytical services.

Nutrition leverages predictive science and formulation support to ensure balanced diets despite raw material variability.

Performance connects these elements through continuous data synchronisation, real-time monitoring, and expert analysis to identify and correct inefficiencies.

Driving sustainable progress

ADM emphasises that SINCRO is not just a set of tools, but a collaborative partnership model rooted in trust and technical expertise.

By delivering advanced insights and consistent value, we are strengthening customer trust and securing long-term business growth,” Paoli said.

Through its expanding SINCRO services, ADM aims to help producers manage uncertainty, boost productivity, and contribute to a more sustainable and competitive global animal nutrition industry.
