Ridley Block Operations appoints Paul Kropp as Executive Vice President

USA – Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company specialising in livestock nutrition, has appointed Paul Kropp as Executive Vice President, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its livestock nutrition business.

Kropp brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the agriculture and animal health sectors, where he has led revenue growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships.

In his new role, he is expected to support Ridley Block Operations’ efforts to strengthen customer value, drive business growth and advance the company’s livestock nutrition portfolio.

His experience spans commercial leadership, business development and operational management across the agricultural value chain.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oklahoma State University.
