Alltech RAPIREAD supports rapid mycotoxin risk analysis and reporting, while EnviroLogix provides rapid mycotoxin testing technologies and data.

IRELAND – Alltech and EnviroLogix have partnered to connect EnviroLogix mycotoxin testing results directly with Alltech’s RAPIREAD platform, giving feed manufacturers a faster way to assess feed-ingredient risks and make quality-control decisions.
The integration links the EnviroLogix QuickScan system with RAPIREAD, automatically transferring test results into the platform without requiring a separate RAPIREAD app or Data Sync Tool.
Feed mills and livestock operations can therefore continue using EnviroLogix’s existing testing workflow while accessing mycotoxin risk analysis in the same platform.
The development aims to reduce the gap between detecting mycotoxins in incoming feed ingredients and determining how those results should influence feed production and animal nutrition decisions.
Mycotoxins can enter the feed chain through contaminated grains and other raw materials, making testing an important part of quality control for feed manufacturers.
EnviroLogix’s TotalTox testing portfolio, for example, covers ingredients including corn, wheat, sorghum, DDGS and soybean meal, with some tests delivering results within minutes.
Connecting testing with feed-quality decisions
Under the new integration, diagnostic results can be viewed alongside historical data, risk analysis, expert interpretation and reporting through RAPIREAD.
This allows users to move beyond individual test results and identify contamination patterns over time.
For feed mills, this can support decisions around raw-material acceptance, feed formulation and mycotoxin management.
Instead of testing and then transferring information manually between systems, results can move directly from the QuickScan workflow into RAPIREAD for interpretation.
“Alltech RAPIREAD helps feed mills, veterinarians, nutritionists and integrators better understand mycotoxin risk and act with greater confidence,” said Dr. Alexandra Weaver, global technical support for Alltech.
“The collaboration between Alltech and EnviroLogix completes the journey from mycotoxin test result to informed decision.”
Scott Menke, president of EnviroLogix, said integrating TotalTox and TotalHub with RAPIREAD gives feed operations a more complete view of mycotoxin risk.
Digital tools strengthen mycotoxin management
The partnership reflects a wider shift toward connecting feed-quality testing with digital data management.
EnviroLogix’s TotalHub already brings together diagnostic results from on-site QuickScan testing, laboratory services and other testing programmes, providing a central system for record-keeping and trend analysis.
Linking this testing data with risk-analysis tools can help quality-control teams identify potential problems earlier and communicate results more consistently across production and nutrition teams.
The companies said the integration will also reduce manual steps between testing and interpretation, while providing feed mills, veterinarians, nutritionists and livestock integrators with a single workflow for mycotoxin results and risk analysis.
As feed manufacturers face continued pressure to maintain raw-material quality while managing changing contamination risks, combining rapid testing with historical data and risk analysis could become an increasingly important part of feed-safety and quality-management systems.
