The new Dahna Feed Mill has a capacity of 40 metric tons per hour and further reinforces Tanmiah’s vertically integrated operations.
The partnership with Riyada Tareta Poultry is expected to strengthen NAF’s position in the competitive feed industry and help stabilize its financial performance in the coming quarters.
First Mills already produces animal feed in two of its factories, hitting over 300,000 tons of feed per year.
The system identifies animals using facial features, tracks their productivity, monitors health, and stores farm records in one platform.
The deal comes as China’s appetite for premium imported food continues to climb, with dairy imports growing by 18% and demand for high-end seafood surgingd by 25% in 2024.
The leadership reshuffle also includes the departure of Managing Director Saeed Abdullah Al-Muaither, who stepped down after nearly two years in the role due to “special circumstances.”
The feed mill is expected to become operational by the second half of 2026, followed by the flour mill in the second half of 2027.
SABIL, the newly-formed company, will manage 14 silo branches across the kingdom, including four located in major ports.
Fourth Milling Company is one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most innovative players in the milling and animal feed sectors.
The new plant will have a total production capacity of 90 tons per hour, divided into two poultry feed lines (60 TPH) and one ruminant feed line (30 TPH).
