CPM appoints Jeremy Patten as chief executive officer

Patten joins as CPM focuses on growth, operational improvement and expanding aftermarket support.

USA – Process equipment and engineered technology provider CPM has appointed Jeremy Patten as chief executive officer as it focuses on growth, operational improvement, and strengthening aftermarket support.

Patten brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing and technology-driven businesses.

Most recently, he served as president of Modine’s Performance Technologies segment.

Before joining Modine, Patten spent more than eight years with ATS Corporation, including as president of its Packaging and Food Technology Group.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with IDEX Corporation and Danaher Corporation.

“Jeremy brings the combination of operational leadership, commercial experience and focus on execution that makes him well suited to lead CPM,” said Simon Peckham, chief executive of Rosebank Industries.

CPM provides process equipment, engineered technologies and aftermarket support to industries including animal feed, food and biomass processing.

Peckham said CPM has strong market positions, long-standing customer relationships and opportunities for further growth, adding that the company will continue investing in its aftermarket business and operational performance.

Patten said CPM’s brands, engineering expertise, customer relationships and global installed base were among the factors that attracted him to the company.

“What attracted me to CPM is the opportunity to build on those strengths, grow the business and continue improving how we support our customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment,” he said.

Patten takes over as CPM continues to focus on supporting customers across the full lifecycle of its equipment and strengthening its global operations.
