The company refreshes its board while advancing modular feed processing systems in the United States.

CANADA – Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI), a Canada based agricultural equipment and technology company, has appointed Brad Wall and George Armoyan to its Board of Directors with immediate effect.
AGI confirmed the appointment of the Honourable Brad Wall and George Armoyan to its Board of Directors further stating that Mary Shafer Malicki resigned from the board, while Rohit Bhardwaj and Mike Frank will not stand for reelection at the 2026 annual shareholder meeting.
AGI thanked Shafer Malicki, Bhardwaj and Frank for their work during a difficult period for the sector and for their continued support as the company adjusts its priorities.
Wall brings public sector and agriculture policy experience shaped during his time as Premier of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2018. During his tenure, the province recorded economic growth, increased exports, major infrastructure spending and tax cuts, and secured its first AAA credit rating.
Wall now provides business advisory services through his consulting firm and sits on boards in the natural resource and energy sectors. He holds an honours degree in Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan.
Armoyan adds private sector and investment experience built over more than four decades. He serves as Executive Chairman of G2S2 Capital Inc., President of Armco Capital Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Clarke Inc. Since 1982, he has founded companies and led operational restructures aimed at improving performance.
He also holds board seats at Clarke Inc., Morguard Corporation and Calfrac Well Services Ltd. Armoyan earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dalhousie University.
Flexmill systems reach U.S. customers
Alongside the board changes, AGI recently delivered its first Flexmill feed processing systems to customers in the United States. The company designed the Flexmill for on farm and commercial use, with a modular layout that supports production of up to 10 metric tons per hour.
Noam Silberstein, Senior Vice President of Food and Feed at AGI Global, said the system responds to real operating needs. “The Flexmill system solves real plant challenges with its compact, configurable design that delivers consistent, high-quality feed,” he said.
Initial installations began last year, including an early system at a poultry farm in the Mid Atlantic region. AGI uses these sites to show performance under daily operating conditions.
AGI plans to add more Flexmill installations in 2026, covering additional on farm projects and a new feed processing facility at the University of Wyoming Laramie Research and Expertise Center. The site will support research, training and demonstrations for students and industry users.
Shawn Conway, Director of Commercial Application and Product Transfer at AGI, highlighted the system’s setup and throughput. “Flexmill’s bolted-on, modular design allows for quick setup, and its multi-component scales enable simultaneous batch processing to maximize throughput,” he said.
