VICTOR Super Premium Pet Food invests millions in Texas facility enhancements

USA – VICTOR Super Premium Pet Food, a leading brand under Mid America Pet Food, has recently invested over US$5 million in significant upgrades to its Mount Pleasant, Texas, production facility. 

This investment underscores the brand’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in food safety, quality, and production efficiency.

The upgrades include substantial capital investments to enhance the facility’s safety, efficiency, and production capabilities. 

In addition to modernising equipment, VICTOR has bolstered its quality and manufacturing departments by adding experienced team members to newly created senior management roles.

To further ensure the safety and quality of its products, VICTOR has installed automated systems designed to sample finished products as part of its rigorous test-and-hold program. 

The brand has also engaged a third-party laboratory to empirically test finished products, ensuring that all results are accurate and reliable.

VICTOR has updated its sanitation protocols to align with its commitment to excellence. This includes implementing a comprehensive 12-hour deep cleaning of all manufacturing equipment and the facility each week before production begins. 

These measures are part of VICTOR’s ongoing efforts to assure pet owners that they are feeding their pets the best possible nutrition.

Jeff Caswell, the newly appointed CEO of Mid America Pet Food, emphasised the company’s dedication to pet safety and quality.

The Mount Pleasant facility, certified through the SQF Program since 2018, maintains high food safety standards. 

The facility has consistently scored 98 or higher on the program’s 100-point scale, reflecting VICTOR’s dedication to delivering premium pet food products.

Under Caswell’s leadership, Mid America Pet Food aims to build on its recent investments in its team and manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, ensuring they maintain industry-leading quality and food safety standards.
