EcoVadis Silver Medal for Alltech Vietnam

Meanwhile, Alltech Vietnam has been recognised with a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, placing it in the 86th percentile of companies assessed worldwide. Only 32 companies in Vietnam have ever received this distinction, with just six earning it so far in 2025.

PDMM Vietnam, Alltech’s first organic mineral production facility in the country and eighth globally, began operations in 2022. The plant produces high-quality animal feed supplements and is committed to meeting regulatory requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key sustainability initiatives at the facility include the use of a CNG combustion burner for product drying, a heat recovery upgrade with an auto-flame burner, an air compressor/chiller system, and rooftop solar panels, all of which contribute to significant carbon emission reductions.

Asia plays a vital role in Alltech’s global purpose of Working Together for a Planet of Plenty®. Our continued investment in the region, from advanced nutritional technologies to sustainable production practices, reflects our deep commitment to supporting our customers, strengthening local economies, and advancing the future of sustainable agriculture,” said Dr. Mark Lyons, president and CEO of Alltech.

This Silver Medal from EcoVadis is a powerful validation of Alltech Vietnam’s efforts and our global ESG ambition,” added Tara McCarthy, Alltech’s global vice president of ESG. “Sustainability at Alltech is not a slogan, it’s embedded in how we operate every day.”
